Omar’an Lee – Executive Director
The founder and organizer of Reach One, Teach One, Inc., Mr. Lee is a native to the Nashville area, a Davidson County High School English teacher and a graduate of Fisk University with a BA in English, he is a product of several youth initiative programs in the Middle Tennessee area. Through his development in those programs he has cultivated the concept for Reach One, Teach One, Inc.
James Roberts III - Director of Programming
Trey is a graduating senior at Middle Tennessee State University. He is dedicated to the betterment and edification of Nashville's urban youth. His passion for exposing children to culturally diverse thinking, has led him to contribute his time and energy to various summer enrichment programs throughout Nashville. As program director of Reach One, Teach One G.R.O.W.program, he continues to further his involvement in the education of young men.
Tony A. Stringfellow– Director of Facility
He possesses over twenty years of experience working with youth through his work at the Bethlehem Centers of Nashville, Metro Juvenile Court and various other youth affiliate agencies with the Metro Davidson and surrounding counties. As director of facility, he brings strength and experience in supervision, organization, and problem solving. His experience is vast and extensive. Mr. Stringfellow believes that everyone has a role in the development of our youth.
