
Chief Spiritual Officer
Reverend Omaràn DèVon Lee, I, BA, MDiv, DMin, is a dedicated and passionate ordained Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church, where he plays a vital role in nurturing spiritual growth and community engagement. Hailing from the vibrant city of Nashville, Tennessee, he embarked on his academic journey at Fisk University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. His thirst for knowledge and commitment to ministry led him to Lipscomb University, where he completed his Master of Divinity, equipping him with the theological foundations necessary for effective pastoral leadership.
Dr. Lee further pursued his education by completing Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at the Tennessee Valley Health System Veterans Affairs, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in providing compassionate care to individuals in need. He culminated his academic achievements with a Doctorate in Ministry, specializing in Pastoral Therapy and Licensure, from Memphis Theological Seminary, where he developed advanced skills in supporting the emotional and spiritual well-being of others.
Currently, Dr. Lee serves as the Pastor of NewWork Fellowship in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, where he passionately leads the congregation in spiritual development and community outreach. He also holds the position of Principal at Centers for Wellbeing, a spiritually-based behavioral health organization dedicated to promoting mental health and wellness through faith-informed practices. As the Chief Spiritual Officer for Supportive Inclusive Care Advocacy & Resource Equity (SíCARE), part of the Reach One, Teach One, Inc. initiative, he works tirelessly to advocate for and support marginalized communities.
In addition to these roles, Dr. Lee co-chairs the Meharry Community Engagement Core Community Advisory Board, collaborating with other leaders to address health disparities and enhance community resources. He also serves as a Board Member for the Interdenominational Ministers Fellowship Community Fund (IMF), contributing to the collective efforts of faith leaders to foster unity and support within the community. Through his multifaceted roles, Reverend Lee exemplifies a deep commitment to service, healing, and the integration of spirituality in addressing the needs of individuals and communities.

Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Devika Nair, MD MSCI is a nephrologist and physician scientist and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and the Tennessee Valley Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. Her clinical and research interests center on improving quality of life and functional independence among chronologically and physiologically older adults living with kidney disease and multimorbidity. She has expertise in patient and community engagement in research, qualitative and mixed methods, patient-reported outcome measurement, development, and validation, serious illness communication, and geriatric assessments. Her research been supported by the Veterans Affairs Health Administration, National Institutes of Health, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute.
